We’ve added a new feature to JustisOne!
You can now access help, support and feature guides directly in JustisOne. Simply click on the Help button found in the left-hand navigation bar to open this new feature. This will display a search bar, with a default list of articles that are commonly of interest.
Use the search bar at the top of the pop-up to find what you’re looking for, or click Contact HelpDesk to send a message directly to our dedicated customer support team.
This new feature is connected directly to our dynamic knowledge base, which will be continually updated to provide support for new features, and to address any frequently asked questions.
