Full training will be provided by the Customer Liaison Manager on how best to train users on the product range. Support will be provided by members of other departments including: Sales, Marketing, Helpdesk, Editorial and Product Development. ExperienceAs this is a training and administration role the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, and either have previous experience as a trainer or be confident presenting to potentially large groups. Previous outbound telephone calling experience would be very useful as the ability to book and manage appointments is essential to this role. Whilst not a necessity, possessing prior knowledge of the British legal system will certainly be considered an advantage. |
