Business Law Reports – Introduction
© The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales
The Business Law Reports database on the Justis website contains the full text of the printed publication Business Law Reports from 2007 onwards. The database is updated every month.
Business Law Reports is a printed series of authoritative reports of cases that have been selected for their usefulness in advising business clients, and covers company law, commercial law and intellectual property law. It is designed to cater for business professionals and the practitioners who advise them, and for students and teachers of business law.
Business Law Reports concentrates on decisions from the Chancery and Queen’s Bench Divisions of the High Court of England and Wales, and from the Court of Appeal, with only a few cases from the European Court of Justice. Reports of cases are written by barristers and contain the full-text judgments as approved by the Judge.
Many cases that will appear in full in the Business Law Reports database can be found earlier in summary form in the Daily Cases database.
