Case Law – Parties Field
The Parties field in the case law databases on Justis contains the names of the parties. For example:
NEPTUNE (VEHICLE WASHING EQUIPMENT) LTD. v. FITZGERALD
If you want to search for a case name which includes parentheses, then you must enclose it in quotation marks.
The Parties field may also contains the titles of Practice Directions, Practice Notes and Practice Statements. For example:
