The on-screen Help for Justis is continually being reviewed and expanded, but we know that it will never be able to answer all of your questions, so we also provide a way for you to ask an expert for help.

The Justis Help Desk team can assist you in almost all aspects of using Justis (and our other Web and CD-ROM services too), from choosing a Web browser to searching for a specific document.

The Help Desk is one of the most important aspects of our Customer Support service, and it is FREE to all subscribers.

The Help Desk is open 24 hours Monday to Thursday (except 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. London time) and Friday to 5:30 p.m. You can contact the Help Desk by:
