The Industrial Cases Reports (1972–present) database is updated on the Justis website when new issues become available.
Source Material for Industrial Cases Reports
Industrial Cases Reports covers cases heard in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and on appeal from there in the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords, as well as relevant cases from the High Court.
Industrial Cases Reports is published by the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales. It dates back to the inauguration of the National Industrial Relations Court in 1972, and was then known as Industrial Court Reports. After the establishment of the Employment Appeal Tribunal in 1975, the name was changed to Industrial Cases Reports.
Reports of Restrictive Practices Cases was incorporated into Industrial Court Reports from 1972, and any cases of significant interest are included in the present series.
The reports cover cases from the following courts and tribunals:

- Restrictive Practices Court
