Inquest Law Reports – Introduction
The Inquest Law Reports database on the Justis website contains the full text of the printed publication Inquest Law Reports from 2000 to the present day. The database is updated whenever new reports are made available.
Inquest Law Reports is a printed series of case reports, published by Southside Legal Publishing Limited. It includes the full text of cases from the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords and relevant judgments from the European Court of Human Rights on Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Each case has a headnote prepared by a team of barristers and solicitors who specialise in inquest law.
