Business class
Justis is adding the authoritative Business Law Reports to its rapidly-expanding service. Launched last year by the peerless ICLR and updated monthly, cases in the new series have been selected for their usefulness in advising business clients. Covering company, commercial and intellectual property law, the overlap with The Law Reports will be marginal.
Arranged as an easy-to-search, focused collection, it is rare among specialist series in that it does not confine itself to a narrow academic field of law. Instead, its subject matter is of interest to chancery and common law practitioners, and to solicitors whose clients are concerned with issues such as arbitration, building, competition law, business tenancies, contracts, banking and taxation.
Access to printable PDFs that replicate the pagination and appearance of the originals will be available through the unique red Justis PDF tab; while an archive of over 3,000 related cases previously published in The Weekly Law Reports is in preparation.
