Public procurement law in Caselex
Caselex has added a sixth area of case law – public procurement – to its expanding database.
Offering fully-searchable, comprehensive summaries of judgments in English from national supreme courts for all cases relating to EU legal issues, the material on Caselex is already essential when no domestic precedent exists, and currently covers company, competition, intellectual property, labour, and consumer-protection law.
The first batch of cases for public procurement – set to rise rapidly – is represented by 98 cases from 10 EU member states.
Caselex is already recognized as a crucial research tool, recently winning one of the EIA Awards for European information provision.
As an aside, readers may be interested in Justis’s sister service Tenders, the alerts of which are regulated by public-procurement law.
