My colleagues and I thought the training was very helpful indeed: it was well-organized, thorough, practical, and to-the-point. - Karen S. Beck, Boston College Law Library
I thought the training was clear, and thorough. You gave adequate time for questions and I greatly appreciated it. - Andrea Nadel, Thomson Reuters
The training was quite thorough – the explanations concerning the relevancy field and using the search query box were quite good, and I look forward to using Justis going forward. It is interesting to compare the features of Westlaw and Justis. - Jason Binimow, Thomson Reuters
The online training session run by Mr Mulholland was very well done. Mr Mulholland is obviously well versed and experienced in the use of Justis and JustCite. I feel more confident now in using these databases having been shown new tools and easier ways of doing legal research. It was an excellent re-introduction to Justis and JustCite. - Celina Griffith, Trinidad and Tobago Law Courts
The training session was very thorough. Mr Mulholland’s instructions were clear and precise and he guided us through all the features of both Justis and JustCite. It was also an eye-opening experience as he explored the icons we would usually otherwise overlook and introduced us to easier ways of conducting our research. It was a job well done. - Gomatee Lakhram, Trinidad and Tobago Law Courts
I found it extremely beneficial, especially JustCite, which is far more useful than I could have imagined. I have since used it to track down some 'difficult to find' material. The refresher on CELEX was also really useful. The information packs were also very well presented and comprehensive. I have always enjoyed the Justis approach to training. - Andria Lannon, DWP Legal
I found the JustCite training I received extremely helpful. It was an excellent introduction to the resource and was thorough and easy to follow. I was able to take notes while doing it too, and these will be useful to look back on. I would definitely feel more confident demonstrating JustCite to students and to staff now, having done the training. It’s useful too to know that I can contact Justis with queries I might have in future, or if I feel I need some refresher training. - Mark Tynan, University College Dublin
Each intake of trainees has sessions with JustCite and Justis at the start of their time with the firm. It's great to know that they are being introduced to the service by experts on its use who are used to tackling the kinds of issues that the trainees will face around finding cases and preparing court bundles. We're keen to push JustCite to all our UK users as it's a fantastic timesaver for everyone. - Sara Batts, Reed Smith
We had James Mulholland here at Hailsham Chambers to give us some updated training on using JustCite and Justis. We were very impressed with his presentation, and particularly with the way he handled himself when faced with some difficult questions, which he fielded like a true pro. He showed great tact and maturity. - Martin Spencer QC, Hailsham Chambers
