Andria Lannon, DWP Legal

“Justis will revolutionise how lawyers analyse relevant cases.”

Pinpoint influential passages

Case judgments can be time consuming to read. To ensure you find the critical parts, Justis highlights the most frequently quoted passages. You can highlight every sentence that has been cited and link directly to subsequent references.

Get there faster

It’s difficult to know which platform will have the case you’re looking for. Justis indexes content from over 120 platforms, including LexisLibrary, Westlaw, BAILII and ICLR. Forget the frustration of searching multiple databases and find legal authorities with a single search.

Discover relevant authorities

Every case on Justis has been consistently categorised, enabling you to identify relevant authorities, important precedents and recent judgments for your area of interest. The Justis legal taxonomy contains over 1.5 million terms, delivering fast and accurate results.

Is it good law?

Reliably establish the status of the law. Our legally qualified editors cross-reference every case – including reported and unreported cases, across jurisdictions – and markup case treatments, so you never miss an important decision.

What makes Justis different

The Justis Legacy

We launched JustisOne in 2016 and it is the combination of our two earlier products; Justis, the previous library and JustCite, our powerful citator. Launched in 1999, the previous Justis platform was widely regarded as one of the most intuitive online libraries at the time. It remains a trusted tool for thousands of practitioners and organisations worldwide. JustCite, launched in 2005, provides an index of legal material, with invaluable case relationships and citations metadata. Users would subscribe to these products individually or together. JustisOne now combines these products into a single, unified resource, to bring you a next-generation research platform.
