The most authoritative series of business law reports in England and Wales

The Business Law Reports database contains cases that have been selected for their usefulness in advising business clients, and covers company law, commercial law and intellectual property law. It is designed to cater for business professionals and the practitioners who advise them, and for students and teachers of business law.

It contains a mix of cases of interest to both chancery and common law practitioners, and to all solicitors whose clients want to know about decisions which affect their business, including arbitration, building, companies, competition law, business tenancies, intellectual property, contracts, banking and taxation. Only about 10% of cases are also reported in The Law Reports.

An archive of over 3000 cases that have been published in The Weekly Law Reports and that cover the same subject matter as the Business Law Reports is in preparation.
