The effect of the Extradition Act 2003 has been a significant growth in the number of extradition case argued in the High Court and the House of Lords. The only place where this significant corpus of jurisprudence is collated is the Extradition Law Reports, edited by John Jones of the Doughty Street Chambers’ Extradition Law Team, a well-respected author on extradition and other matters.

The reports provide the full text of all relevant judgments, together with a headnote. Extradition Law Reports is an essential publication for all those involved in the extradition process.
